[ You should feel lucky that Hot Pants is painfully unaware of what might be embarassing to someone else or not.. she's just wiping his hair aside a little to make him look more presentable and to make sure to get a clear look of his face to see if he's okay despite the rain, really, she didn't even mean anything special by it.
